Mimamurume Agent is a private, single-user application operated for personal automation purposes.
The application may access Gmail message metadata, message content, and attachments through Google APIs using read-only Gmail permissions.
Google user data is used only to provide the application's school-email and document-processing functions, including identifying relevant messages, retrieving attachments, extracting schedule-related information, storing documents in operator-controlled storage, and supporting operator-authorized calendar and notification workflows.
Data and processing metadata may be stored on devices and Google services controlled by the operator for as long as required for these functions. The operator controls deletion and retention.
Google user data is not sold or used for advertising. Data may be processed by service providers only when necessary to perform functions configured by the operator, and not for unrelated purposes.
Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
